Get Together  6-9pm at Sunset Tavern (7230 SW 59th Ave, South Miami, FL 33143)

Mingle with fellow alumni and friends. Food and beverages available for purchase.

Parking:  If there are no spots available, there is street parking or the City of SoMi lot down one block east on 73rd St.

Friday, Oct. 25

  • Band Practice (if you'd like to watch)  4:00pm
  • Hall of Fame Ceremony  5:00pm
  • Boat Burning & Fireworks  8:30pm

Game Day - UM vs. FSU


Game Info:

Tickets: You must have a ticket (any section) for the game to get into the stadium. You will receive a wristband on Thursday Get Together, Friday Hall of Fame, or Saturday before game to get into the band section. 

Parking: Parking passes can be purchased in advance from UM or a third party.

Stadium Bag Policy: One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 6” and 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap.

You must be a member of the Band of the Hour Association to sit with the band at Homecoming.  

We will be wearing the green golf shirts which are available for $25 purchase.  If you ordered one during registration, please purchase below prior to homecoming.

The Band of the Hour Association is an affiliate group of the University of Miami Alumni Association.  It is a separate entity from the University of Miami and is comprised of volunteers who give their time and effort to fundraise and support the University of Miami and the Band of the Hour in collaboration with the University, the UMAA, and its respective policies.
